This Friday, September 19th, from 7:00am to 7:00pm, we will take over a parking spot on Madison Avenue between 73rd & 74th (one block south of the Whitney Museum). Our parking spot will be transformed for the day into an outdoor art studio/workshop, to let New Yorkers contemplate the people, architecture, energy and refuse of the city around them.

Architecture for Humanity New York has been very busy over the past few years. We've recently completed work on a clinic in Morningside Heights for Care for the Homeless. We are continuing our work at The Point and at High Bridge Park. And we are starting new projects, including work with the Red Hook vendors, and a new health clinic at Washington Irving High School with the Institute for Urban Family Health.
We have also redesigned our organizational structure, expanding our leadership to nine directors, to keep our projects running smoothly, ensure that we continue to offer challenging and exciting opportunities to our volunteers, and deliver excellent work to our clients and partner organizations.
